Taste of Kyoto

I have not been to Japan for a long time due to COVID-19. This remind me the vibe of Kyoto and make my day. Thanks a lot.

You have to study how to brew light roasts...

All of them are very fragrant and always delicious. I'm glad I bought them! I'll buy them again. However, I'm not good at brewing light roasts... I'll have to research it.

Thank you!

I received the coffee and Origami dripper very quickly. Everything came undamaged. I love the Origami dripper. I have used it everyday to brew my morning coffee.
But, I didn't like the coffee that much. I don't like a sour/fruity coffee. I prefer a deeper/richer taste. I was surprised at how much all 3 coffees had, even the dark roast. thought I was making the coffee wrong, so I sent a message asking about the temperature and water ratio to use. I was directed to a BLOG post. I used the Origami dripper with the specified water temperature and amount of water. It was still too sour for me. I ended up giving them to a friend. He was also surprised at how much Sanmi it had, but he liked it. I wish the online store had more description about that. I would not order it again. But, that is just not my taste preference.
