About the product

The dripper that was used by Hatakeyama, the winner of the 2019 JHDC and JBrC

The innovative idea of hollowing out the inside surface of the dripper makes it possible to create and maintain a sufficient air layer between the paper and the dripper.

The flower ribs allow the coffee grounds to expand sufficiently, forming a deep filtering layer of the coffee grounds.

Fully expanded coffee powder is extracted through a deep filtration layer, bringing out many of the delicious components.

By allowing the water to flow smoothly and not pooling inside the dripper, the amount of water pouring from the top of the dripper is the same as the amount coming out from the bottom, successfully extracting the perfect coffee with no impurities.

Care Instructions

Dishwasher safe.
After use, wash with dishwashing detergent and wipe off the water. When cleaning, use a soft sponge. If tea stains or other stains are present, use bleach to remove them.

  • If you use a detergent that contains orange oil, the ingredients may cause the product to deteriorate.
  • If you use MCT oil, which is found in coconut oil, it may crack.
  • Do not use on an open flame, in an oven or on a warming plate.
  • Do not use when filled with water.
  • Please note that if you heat the drink too much, it may cause bumping.
