    The design allows for extra space to turn the cup and stir the drink inside. This is a design that allows you to fully enjoy the aroma of specialty coffee. The highly transparent and sturdy glass also creates a visually enriching coffee experience.

    Simple handle-less design

    By deliberately omitting a handle and instead creating a curve at the top of the body, the user is able to more strongly sense the feel and sensation of holding the server.

    This represents OREA's wish for people to experience coffee in a more sensory way.

    Supervised by an Argentinean designer

    For the Sense series, OREA partnered with Lautaro Lucero, an up-and-coming young Argentinian designer, an industrial engineer with many years of experience designing products for coffee.

    OREA's Sense series was inspired by a cup designed by Lautaro in 2019 that was created to enhance the enjoyment of espresso-based drinks.

    OREA wanted something that used the same design base but with a stronger focus on creating the sensory experience of filter coffee.

    Together we tested different shapes and sizes and arrived at this shape as the perfect match to pair with the OREA Brewer.

    We hope you enjoy this product as much as they enjoyed creating it.

Notes

  • When pouring hot drinks, keep it to about 300ml. If you fill it too close to the brim, the narrow part will get too hot to hold.
  • When cooking, wipe off any drips from the outside, and when adding water during cooking, avoid using cold water. Also, when the glass part is hot, do not touch it with a wet cloth or place it in a wet place.
  • When cleaning, do not use abrasive scrubbers, metal scrubbers or cleansers.
  • Please avoid using it outside of the designated range (microwave, oven, open flame). It can be used in a microwave, but we do not recommend it because it is dangerous when the main body becomes hot due to the lack of a handle.

It looks even cooler when paired with a dripper.

I use it in combination with the OREA Brewer Porcelain. Of course, this carafe is great on its own, but it looks even cooler when used with the dripper.

I had been interested in Orea for a while, so I bought it. It's not double-walled, so it's hot, but it's really cute, so it's a wash. It was great, and I'd like to buy it again.

I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I've always made coffee with a coffee maker without giving it much thought. But recently I started to worry about the dirt in the water tank, so I switched to the paper drip method and used this carafe. I was surprised to see how different the taste of coffee can be depending on the brewing method.
This carafe looks beautiful even when left out.
The narrow part of the carafe is hot when you hold it, so I wear gloves when pouring into a cup. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars.

In any case, a beautiful form

I chose the mini Orea dripper, so I thought I might not need this carafe, but I fell in love with its beautiful design, so I bought it. The actual product has a softer, more rounded shape than in the photo, and the texture of the glass is nice and lovely. It looks beautiful even when filled with wine.
