The Morning Machine offers all the convenience of other capsule coffee machines, plus a host of cutting-edge features.
While a typical capsule coffee machine brews each capsule in the same way, Morning Machine allows you to choose the brewing menu that best suits your beans and even create your own recipes.
Full control over your capsule coffee, so you can make the coffee you want.
Extraction volume
Professional baristas adjust the amount of coffee extracted down to the gram, depending on the condition of the coffee beans, which changes daily.
The Morning Machine allows you to adjust the amount of coffee you brew to your liking, between 1g and 150g.
temperature
Coffee is a drink that is very sensitive to temperature, so by changing the temperature, for example, you can make it higher to bring out flavors that can only be achieved at that temperature, or lower it to avoid negative flavors.
The Morning Machine can be freely adjusted to your preferred temperature between 75°C and 98°C.
(This sets the temperature at which the coffee is extracted, not the temperature at which it falls into the coffee cup.)
pressure
Various coffee professionals have debated how the pressure used when brewing coffee can change the taste of a cup of coffee.
The pressure can be adjusted by intentionally increasing it during the steeping time to improve extraction efficiency, or by decreasing it in the latter stages of extraction to avoid negative flavors.

How to use
*When using for the first time, fill the tank with water and then rinse the machine.
How to do it: Press and hold the Back button on the left side of the screen for 3 seconds to allow water to flow through the machine, discard the water in the cup, rinse the cup and place it back on the drip tray.

Leon founded PPP Coffee, a pioneering specialty coffee roaster in Singapore, in 2009. In Singapore and Malaysia, the group also operates its cafes, Chye Seng Huat Hardware, and Stellar-M, which imports coffee machines and equipment such as Synesso, Marco Beverage Systems and Baratza.
In this way, his experience and knowledge gained from many years in the coffee industry are put to good use in Morning's product development.

The result is the Morning Machine, a product that strikes the perfect balance between ergonomics and functionality.
