CAFEC Flower Dripper DEEP27

Sale price¥1,650

The long, thin shape creates a deep layer of ground coffee inside the dripper, even with just one cup's worth of ground coffee. This is a new structure that draws out the full sweetness and flavor of the coffee.

Introduction

About the product

A new dripper concept that controls the contact time between the coffee powder and hot water by changing the angle and structure of the dripper. The deep design allows the hot water to pass through while firmly touching the coffee, bringing out the maximum sweetness and flavor of the coffee, even with just the amount of grounds for one cup.

What does “27” mean?

A normal flower dripper is inclined at 60 degrees. By making this angle sharper, the layer of coffee grounds is made taller. By simply pouring hot water into the center, CAFEC's ideal extraction speed and water flow can be easily achieved at an angle of 27 degrees.

In addition, the uneven petal-like design ensures airflow and optimizes water flow, ensuring consistent extraction.

Convenient for dripping directly into a mug

The base of the dripper has a dome-shaped curve, which places a small distance between the dripper and the cup, making it less likely for the tip of the paper to get dipped into the coffee in the cup.

You can extract coffee comfortably without using a server.

Clear black is cool!

I was thinking about getting a clear color, but when I saw the actual product, I thought the clear black looked cool, so I went for the black one.
I immediately tried brewing some coffee.
It has a refreshing taste and feels like the kind of coffee that's popular these days.
I'd like to try different brewing methods too!
