Introduction

Product Features

The Tono region of Gifu Prefecture is a major producer of ceramics with a history of 1,300 years. These drippers are carefully produced in Dachi Town, Toki City, and the bottom of the drippers is engraved with "DACHI." The glaze used is a kiln-change glaze that changes color in the kiln, and each dripper has a different look depending on how it is burned. Please enjoy the different textures and colors.

The texture of pottery

The overall surface is smooth and glossy, while the edges of the base and other parts are designed to retain the natural matte texture of ceramics. This dripper is full of Japanese craftsmanship, with a gentle, natural color and a warm, comfortable feel.

Coffee making

The Wave Series drippers achieve stable extraction thanks to the shape of the base and the holes. This product has holes in the base that are 2mm larger than the conventional Wave dripper, making it easier to extract flavor and aroma.

Kalita 02 Ceramic Dripper

The holes and outlet shape are larger than ever before, and the convex surface grinds out, so the water drains very quickly and it's easy to extract light roasted specialty beans. I always brew a lot, so I bought four types.
