A unique paper filter created in collaboration with a world champion
The hybrid flat-bottom and cone-shaped design promotes flow within the dripper, enabling faster and more efficient extraction. It reduces clogging that occurs with existing paper filters, while preventing fine powder from being trapped in one spot. Another feature is that it prevents you from concentrating on
The B3 technology was developed in collaboration with 2021 World Brewers Cup Champion Matt Winton through a year of repeated prototyping and testing, and various improvements were made to create a paper filter that would meet his standards.
Matt commented:
"The coffee I make with the B3 tastes really clean and sweet, with a richness that comes from a more even extraction, really maximizing the potential of the dripper."
A paper filter that is both human- and earth-friendly
All the ingredients in the paper filters are organic.
It is a porous material that allows for a clear and clean taste. This minimizes contact with the dripper, ensuring consistent extraction.
The material composition is different from that of the FAST series (the details are a trade secret), and the water drains more slowly than the FAST series.
The paper filters are produced and processed in our factory in Barcelona.
A gift for coffee lovers
Home baristas almost always use paper filters.
This slightly more luxurious product makes a great gift for coffee-loving friends and family.
Of course, it's also great for those who want to add some new excitement to their everyday coffee life.
