In tests conducted with Kigu, coffee passes through the filter 4 to 5 times faster than through conventional paper filters made by other companies.
This results in a cleaner cup.
In addition, using the Sibarist, coffee beans can be ground finer without clogging, making it possible to brew coffee in completely different ways than previous recipes.

Paper filters that are kind to people and the earth
All the ingredients in the paper filters are organic and safe.
- Abaca fiber grown exclusively for paper filters on farms in Ecuador and the Philippines.
- Cellulose from FSC certified European pine plantations
