Introduction

◯ Points of this product

  • Unconventional penetration speed makes coffee making different from before
  • Paper filters that are kind to people and the earth
  • A gift for coffee lovers
  • Difference from normal FAST Cone

Difference from normal FAST Cone

This product is a Limited version and has been resized for Graycano.

The slight angle difference of the filter shape - 2.75° (once folded) allows it to fit snugly over the filter ribs, avoiding undesirable random filter positioning caused by tilted paper or uneven contact with the dripper wall, which can lead to uneven extraction.

This outstanding product is the result of a collaboration between the Sibarist and Graycano teams, under the guidance of professional barista Martin.

We offer coffee lovers a unique brewing experience like never before.

Overwhelming coffee permeation speed

The coffee continues to pass through at a speed that is incomparable to conventional paper filters.

In experiments conducted by Kurasu, coffee passes through the filter 4 to 5 times faster than through other companies' conventional paper filters. ( Click here for the results of the Kurasu experiment.)

This results in a cleaner cup.

In addition, using the Sibarist, coffee beans can be ground finer without clogging, making it possible to brew coffee in completely different ways than previous recipes.

Paper filters that are kind to people and the earth

The raw materials used in paper filters are all organic and plant-based, so you can rest assured.

  • Abaca fiber grown exclusively for paper filters on farms in Ecuador and the Philippines.
  • Cellulose from FSC certified European pine plantations
  • Plant-derived polylactic acid

These are produced and processed in a factory in Barcelona to create paper filters.

All of the bags used are compostable and made from materials that will return to the soil. They also have zippers to prevent odors from transferring.

A gift for coffee lovers

Home baristas almost always use paper filters.

This slightly more luxurious product makes a great gift for coffee-loving friends and family.

Of course, it's also great for those who want to add some new excitement to their everyday coffee life.

This is a product that Graycano users should try first.

It drips quickly, so you can brew it exactly as the recipe says.

I used it immediately with my Grey Cano dripper. Here is a comparison with the CAFFEC abaca filter.
It's clear that it falls quickly. I was able to extract it according to the champion recipe.
The grinder is CAMONDANTE C40 with 25 clicks. 15g/250ml, 93°C.
The beans are lightly roasted Costa Rica Sumaba De Lourdes Orange Bourbon.
I have a feeling that this paper will be sweeping Japan by this time next year.
