Introduction
◯ Points of this product
- Unconventional penetration speed makes coffee making different from before
- Paper filters that are kind to people and the earth
- A gift for coffee lovers
Overwhelming coffee permeation speed
The coffee continues to pass through at a speed that is incomparable to conventional paper filters.
In experiments conducted at Kurasu, coffee passes through the Cone Fast at 4 to 5 times the speed compared to other companies' conventional paper filters. ( Click here for the results of the Cone Fast experiment conducted at Kurasu.)
This results in a cleaner cup.
In addition, using the Sibarist, coffee beans can be ground finer without clogging, making it possible to brew coffee in completely different ways than previous recipes.
Paper filters that are kind to people and the earth
The raw materials used in paper filters are all organic and plant-based, so you can rest assured.
- Abaca fiber grown exclusively for paper filters on farms in Ecuador and the Philippines.
- Cellulose from FSC certified European pine plantations
- Plant-derived polylactic acid
These are produced and processed in a factory in Barcelona to create paper filters.
All of the bags used are compostable and made from materials that will return to the soil. They also have zippers to prevent odors from transferring.
A gift for coffee lovers
Home baristas almost always use paper filters.
This slightly more luxurious product makes a great gift for coffee-loving friends and family.
Of course, it's also great for those who want to add some new excitement to their everyday coffee life.
This is a product that Origami users should try first.
Difference from normal FAST Flat
This product is a Limited version, and the size and cutting method have been changed for Origami. The paper material is the same as FAST Flat.
Folding Guide
- There are eight deep indentations along the edge of the filter. Use these as guides to fold all four edges tightly.
- Place the folded filter on top of the dripper and gently press down on the center of the paper to secure it in place.
- Rinse the filter in hot water, pouring the water in a circular motion from the center outwards to ensure the filter is in contact with the entire wall of the dripper.
From here you have two options:
(A) Brew the coffee powder and enjoy it as is.
(B) If you want to take your coffee making adventures to the next level, use a second Origami dripper to trim your filter.
Preparation steps:
- After completing the previous steps, gently place the second Origami dripper into the dripper from above and press down lightly.
- Once the crease is firmly set, remove the dripper. This should confirm that the filter and dripper are firmly attached.
Follow these steps to enjoy the best coffee possible!
