Introduction
Tools to find your perfect flavor
PROFILERS is a tool that allows you to freely adjust the extraction conditions and change the flavor profile at will. You can enjoy trial and error to find the best extraction conditions for you.
This product allows you to adjust the contact area with the filter in the flatbed dripper, allowing you to control the strength of the extraction and the speed of the drawdown, allowing you to achieve different flavor profiles with each extraction, creating a unique coffee experience.
The set includes four different discs with different contact surface to opening ratios. Each disc has an open area ranging from 25% to 85%, with 15% increments. This allows you to vary the extraction volume and speed with different dripper and filter combinations to find the perfect brewing conditions for your setup.

- Wash with detergent and hot water before use.
- Place the profiler parallel to the bottom of the flatbed dripper.
- Place the coffee filter in the dripper and rinse it so that the bottom is in contact with the profiler.
