必要なもの (ホットとアイス共通)

  • 抹茶パウダー
  • お湯
  • 牛乳(豆乳やオーツミルクでもオッケー)
  • 砂糖(蜂蜜などお好みで)

 

作り方

ステップ1 - ベースシロップ作り

・抹茶パウダー:2.5g

・砂糖:5g

・お湯:20g

の割合でよく混ぜます。(ここでダマになりやすいので、スプーンやヘラなどを使ってよく混ぜましょう)

 

ステップ2 - 牛乳と混ぜ合わせる

ステップ1で作ったベースシロップに牛乳を混ぜます。

 

・ホットラテ

温めた牛乳を約150gを注いでよく混ぜたら完成!

 

・アイスラテ

冷たい牛乳155gと氷100gほど注げば完成!

 

 

作り方のヒント:

粉と砂糖とお湯は、1:2:8の割合がおすすめです。たくさん作る時などは比率を守ると美味しく作れるのでぜひご参考に。

The matcha spreads out ~

I had a matcha latte with oat milk at a store and was surprised at how delicious it was. It was the first time I'd ever had a matcha latte with such a delicious aroma and flavor.
I bought it because I wanted to drink it at home, and I enjoy it every day.

It has a strong bitter taste and aroma, but dissolves easily and is easy to use.

I like strong matcha lattes with a bitter taste and aroma, but when I try to make a drink at home by dissolving matcha, it clumps and doesn't work well, and it's a hassle to dissolve it, and the commercially available powders that contain sugar for lattes are too sweet or not bitter enough...I couldn't find the perfect product until now. But this one dissolves easily and doesn't clump, has just the right amount of sweetness, and above all, you can easily make a latte with a strong bitter taste and aroma. It's the ideal matcha powder for me, and it meets all of my needs.
