Introduction
◯ Points of this product
- Unconventional penetration speed makes coffee making different from before
- Paper filters that are kind to people and the earth
- A gift for coffee lovers
Overwhelming coffee permeation speed
The coffee continues to pass through at a speed that is incomparable to conventional paper filters.
In an experiment conducted by Kurasu, coffee passes through the filter 4 to 5 times faster than through a conventional paper filter made by another company. ( Click here for the results of the experiment conducted by Kurasu.)
This results in a cleaner cup.
In addition, using the Sibarist, coffee beans can be ground finer without clogging, making it possible to brew coffee in completely different ways than previous recipes.
From the Orea product page
"The paper fits snugly against the walls of the brewer, which results in a more consistent brew and ensures that most of the water goes through the coffee bed and into your cup, rather than around it. And all this without sacrificing brew speed.
The characteristics of this paper and brewer combination allow for a completely different approach to coffee than conventional papers.
The greatest benefit of this paper is the clarity of flavors and aromas, especially when combined with the OREA Brewer.
If you like your brew sweeter or fuller, we recommend a regular filter, but if you're looking for black tea-like body and clarity with a crisp flavor, the Sibarist is the way to go. "
