Introduction
◯ Points of this product
- Stepless grinding from espresso to cold brew coffee
- Zero leftover beans
- Compact and powerful
- Surprisingly quiet and smooth grinding time
Stepless grinding from espresso to cold brew coffee
The grind size can be adjusted continuously using the hopper on the top of the main unit.
It can handle any type of coffee, from very fine to coarse grinds, so with just this one machine you can cover all your home coffee needs.
Please use a grind size larger than "+1" as this may cause clogging.
Zero leftover beans
The design allows the ground beans to fall almost directly into the cup below, minimizing the amount of beans remaining in the machine (use the included bellows).
Even if you grind 10g of coffee beans, less than 0.1g remains in the machine! (According to the manufacturer)
You can make coffee economically and without waste.
*When grinding more coffee beans than the hopper capacity allows, please use the included bellows or brush each time to make sure the ground beans fall smoothly into the cup.
Compact and powerful
With a height of 31cm and a width of just 9cm, the unit looks great in any kitchen or setting and doesn't take up much space.
Surprisingly quiet and smooth grinding time
When in operation, it does not make any loud noises like conventional electric coffee grinders, making your morning coffee very comfortable.
It also takes just 15 seconds to grind one serving of coffee beans (about 15g for paper drip), so there's no stress.

Q: Why did you start using it?
I saw it at SCAJ and was intrigued, so I purchased it to test it in both Japan and Australia.
Q: Please tell us your honest thoughts after using it!
First of all, I was surprised by the quiet motor sound! I had the impression that even home grinders would make a certain amount of noise, but I feel that the Varia is the quietest of all the home grinders I have used. Also, it's smart and doesn't take up much space, so you can place it anywhere, which I think is an important point for a home grinder.
Q: Who would you recommend this to?
Our customers often ask us questions about grinders, and I get the impression that many of them think that when they see relatively expensive grinders, "That must be a machine for professionals." Of course, if you're interested in coffee and want to get a complete set of brewing equipment, it's a good idea to start by purchasing a reasonable grinder, but for anyone who wants to drink more delicious coffee at home or wants to stabilize the quality of the coffee they drink at home, I would like to recommend this Varia.
I think this is a grinder that I can recommend to anyone who just wants to enjoy coffee, regardless of their experience or knowledge!
